At Risingh Foundation Kenya, we recognize that the youth are the architects of tomorrow. Our mission is to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, confidence and opportunities they need to become responsible, innovative and independent leaders. Through mentorship, personal development, leadership training, career guidance and community engagement, we help them discover their potential and prepare to contribute to society.

At the heart of this commitment is our flagship programme, Kenyanisation. It is designed to inspire and empower young Kenyans by nurturing personal growth, strengthening practical skills, and encouraging a culture of responsibility, innovation and service.

Kenyanisation provides a platform where young people can learn, collaborate and build the confidence to pursue education, employment, entrepreneurship and community leadership. Participants are encouraged to build strong values, develop critical life skills, and cultivate a mindset of leadership and positive impact.

Our youth initiatives are made possible through partnerships with educational institutions, corporate organizations, community leaders, mentors, volunteers and development partners who share our vision of building a generation ready to lead Kenya into the future.
